Doge Guard — User Agreement

Doge Guard User Agreement

Effective date: October 21st, 2026

By downloading, installing, or using Doge Guard, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

This Agreement is between you and the operator of Doge Guard ("we", "us", "our"). The Service includes the Application, online features, and APIs at https://etry.dogeuard.com.

2. The Service

Doge Guard is a casual mobile game that may include defense or progression gameplay, advertisements, optional reward programs, leaderboards, and online features requiring internet access.

The Service is provided for entertainment. Unless stated in-app, it is not gambling, betting, or an investment product.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). You are responsible for your Account credentials and activity. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate Accounts for violations or fraud.

4. User Conduct

  1. No cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized tools
  2. No interference with servers, APIs, or other users
  3. No reverse engineering except as permitted by law
  4. No unlawful, harassing, or infringing content or behavior
  5. No circumvention of payout, fraud, or regional restrictions
  6. No illegal financial activity

5. Virtual Items & Payouts

Virtual Items

  • Licensed for personal entertainment, not sold
  • Non-transferable unless we allow
  • May be adjusted for balance or compliance

PayPal payouts

  • Subject to verification and fraud review
  • Require valid PayPal details you provide
  • Thresholds, limits, and taxes may apply

We may withhold or reverse rewards obtained through fraud, error, or breach of this Agreement.

6. Advertising & Third-Party Services

The Service may include third-party advertising and integrations. Those providers operate under their own terms. We are not liable for third-party products, websites, or services.

7. Intellectual Property

Doge Guard and all related content are owned by us or licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use under this Agreement.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy (available in the app or on the app store listing) is incorporated by reference and governs how we collect and use personal information.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR VIRTUAL ITEMS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50, EXCEPT WHERE LAW PROHIBITS LIMITS.

You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your use of the Service, your breach of this Agreement, or violation of third-party rights or law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service by uninstalling the Application. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, legal requirement, or discontinuation. Surviving provisions include IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and governing law.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your country. Before formal claims, contact nizerashikhi@gmail.com to attempt informal resolution within thirty (30) days.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update this Agreement with a new effective date. Material changes may be notified in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
